She hardly has to look back at Razor to begin with a Howl, because as few battles as they've shared... they both start out each one with that. Even if Razor's doesn't exactly help raise Pup's attack.
Riolu has to watch from the side, apparently trying to learn some of its new trainer's nonverbal cues. It's... going to be interesting, getting used to each other.]
